Partnering once more with Fincantieri shipyard, Silversea’s eleventh luxury ship has been announced to join the fleet in 2021.

Named Silver Dawn, the newest addition will be a sister ship to Silver Muse and will continue the cruise line’s expansion plan.

A new era of ultra-luxury sailing

The ship will follow recent growth plans of Silversea as the third ship in the Muse-class series, with Silver Moon due to be delivered in 2020.

Silver Dawn will continue the sophisticated and innovative style for which Silversea ships are renowned, with Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio, Silversea’s Chairman, commenting:

“Following the extraordinary success of Silver Muse, we are delighted to announce Silver Dawn as the eleventh ship to join the Silversea fleet. Silver Dawn will bear the same hallmarks of quality that guests currently enjoy on our 6-star ships. We look forward to welcoming guests aboard in November 2021. It was my father’s dream to grow Silversea to at least a 12-ship fleet; today, we are one step closer to fulfilling his vision.”

What will this new Silver Dawn bring?

Due to launch in autumn 2021, Silver Dawn will follow the same layout as Silver Muse and Silver Moon, offering 596-guests the chance to sail aboard this 40,700-tonne ship.

She will feature all-suite accommodation and options which characterise all Silversea vessels, providing superlative comfort and an enhanced on-board experience.

The new ship will echo this design perfectly, offering awe-inspiring venues, small ship intimacy, spacious outdoor areas and state-of-the-art technologies.
