The Silver Wind is a much improved ship since her 2008 multi-million dollar refurbishment. Nearly every aspect of the ship was either enhanced or completely overhauled including a new contemporary décor throughout and the addition of a spa, beauty salon, fitness centre and observation lounge.
Many feel that the changes have helped to reinforce the luxurious service that the ship and cruise line as a whole offers, so yes the service has improved.
